Tanay Gogoi

Tanay is a seasoned marketing communication professional with 20 years of experience. His expertise is in integrated marketing communication strategy, execution, and project management across various sectors.

 

He was earlier the Head of Marketing Communication at HCL Infosystems, where he worked closely with the company leadership, developing strategies and messaging, and leading the execution of various outreaches in India, the Middle East, and Turkey.

Tanay had also worked in PVR Cinemas and in leading communication firms such as Rediffusion Y&R, Genesis BM, and Perfect Relations. His journey began as a journalist, reflecting his foundation in effective storytelling. He also has experience in public affairs and has worked with various central and state government departments and defence establishments.

He has provided consulting services to various organisations and personalities (start-ups, not-for-profits, ITeS, renewable companies, CXOs, etc.) on their marketing communication requirements, including content strategy, social media, and lead-gen-based activations.

​

Tanay holds an MA in Politics and an MPhil in International Business Negotiations from JNU and was a JRF scholar. He also has a diploma in advertising and PR from the Centre for Mass Media, YMCA, New Delhi, and a content marketing certification from HubSpot.

Himangsu Hazarika

A B.Tech from NIT Surat and a MBA in Marketing from IIT Kanpur, Himangsu has over 16 years of experience in areas of B2B Sales, Business Development and Key Account Management working for marquee brands like ITW India, Gujarat Guardian, and DuPont. His breadth of experience spans training and development, human resources, and product development and go-to-market strategies, among others.

 

Himangsu also actively works as a Mindset & Wellbeing Life Coach under the brand "Compass-Mindset" which was founded by him in 2019. As a certified NLP and Law of Attraction Coach, he helps individuals discover their Purpose and thereby create the life they truly want to have. He also coaches Business leaders and CXOs in the areas of self-leadership, relationship building, team development, building on core strengths, empathy, personal wellbeing, to name a few.

Sanjeeta Datta

Sanjeeta Datta is partner and a key member of the leadership team at Pharos. She is currently building a new service offering around Cultural Agility, which at Pharos goes beyond improving cross-cultural understanding and connection, but instead is all about helping spur fresh perspectives through a process that encourages business leaders to express themselves as authentically as they can.

A post graduate in mass communications, Sanjeeta has been involved in the creative arts for close to two decades now. Having worked at the Embassy of France in India and as an arts and culture project specialist at the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in India, she has curated, conceptualised and organised events and exhibitions, handling primarily ideas and strategy. As an experienced curator and art critic with deep experience in strategy, concept and design, she is a culture specialist in India with experience of working with ambassadors, diplomats, donors and funders, government officials, artists, dancers, musicians, galleries and their clients at the C-suite.

 

In 2020, Sanjeeta co founded Birdsong Naturals, a sourcing company that personally curates a range of organic and natural elixirs found inside the deep natural reservoirs of India's North East.
